"I was born in a small town named Birigui, in São Paulo, Brazil. My Italian lineage comes from my mother's side. Recently, I decided to discover more about my family roots - I applied for Italian Citizenship; it was a long process collecting documents in Brazil; the next step was in Italy.
I hired professional Family Historian Researcher and Genealogist - Tony Wait to find the necessary Italian documents. I knew about his work and was confident he would do a great job. He did! Within a few days, he successfully found the main records needed to show my ancestry.
I do not have the words to describe the feeling of knowing your family heritage.
If you want to have the same experience and know more about your family roots. I highly recommend Tony Wait as your Family Historian and Researcher."

"Hi Tony, it’s arrived and I love it. I have gone through it page by page and am so very happy. I need to go through it to read it in more detail to get to know my ancestors better and can’t wait to show my daughters and granddaughters this weekend. If I ever decide to look into other family members, you will be the first person I ask for help from. Truly appreciated, thank you so very much and I will happily recommend you to anyone who asks."

"I recently had some family tree stuff searched for me by a FB friend who is a qualified genealogist.
I got two 70-odd page A4 folders done, in which he found ancestors up to 1667 in one and up to 1599 in another. He worked on each of them for four weeks, every afternoon for five days p.week so there is a host of information there, with photos of birth and death certificates, people, charts and anecdotes from newspaper cuttings.
However, he also can supply cheaper items where you might require a less extensive folder or a family tree only that you could put in a frame perhaps.
If you would like some research done on your ancestors, you will find Tony at 'Tony Wait, Genealogist' on FB".
Thank you"

"This is Katherine Rose commenting on my husbands page. Thank you so much for all your work. It has been incredible for my family to find out about our amazing ancestors. I love the fact that I can now see my family from 25 generations back and read about them, and see pictures of them. It is also incredible that our 11 year old son is learning about William the Conqueror in history at the moment. He’s now able to tell his teacher that this is family!"

"What can I say? This is an amazing piece of work, the detail is nothing short of incredible. My father's side of the family has always been sketchy, but, thanks to you, it has all come to light. I can't thank you enough."

"I've just had my Family Tree researched on my Mums side of our family ❤️A very big "Thank You" to Tony Wait Genealogist & Family Historian for completing this. His research has gone back 4 generations to the early 1820's & it's making fascinating reading. On my Grandfathers side, they were all Londoners & on my Nanny's side, they were from Essex! So I guess I'm part Essex Girl then!😂 I'm still digesting all of the information but it's thrown up a couple of unknown facts already. Thank you again Tony for your research & giving me a look back into where our family came from ❤️X"

"For many years I have been thinking that I should like to trace my family’s ancestors having left the UK to live permanently here in Norway, something to share with my Norwegian children. I found Mr Tony Wait on Facebook offering a service “Family History and Genealogy” http://www.tonywaitgenealogist.com I contacted him and engaged him to undertake the searching and indexing of my family tree, the result was amazing.
Tony did an incredible job I highly recommend him to undertake your investigation into your family’s past, his work thorough and precise concise and cost-effective.
Thank You Tony"

"Tony, thank you for your brilliant research and amazing book. With the fragments of info you did so well and included a marriage certificate we were told wasn't in existence due to the Chinese revolution!
If you would like 4 generations of your family research, complete with a smart presentation book get in touch."

"Thanks to Tony Wait, I now know that my paternal grandparents came from Russia. My grandfather was called Harris Reuben Portno and my grandmother was Sarah Vass. She came from Vilnia. Probably now Lithuania. They were persecuted as Russian Jews and fled to England. Thank you, Tony, everything you sent was fascinating and brilliantly researched."

"Hi Tony
The folder was received and we are working our way through it. Thank you so much again for doing it for us. It's been interesting seeing that the Gearys have always been in the same area they never strayed far, we must be the first ones to leave Hampshire/Wiltshire but we think we will go back eventually…expect to hear from us again in the New Year regards."

"Tony has completed 2 family research projects for me, and I have another 3 to send to him. I have struggled to find genealogists who have the time to dig deep to locate information on certain ancestors for me. I have found Tony really does utilise his knowledge, tools and network to identify as much information as possible. He does also try to think outside the box to help unlock some family mysteries!
I also like the fact that Tony carries out initial research before charging. Until he knows there is value to add he won’t charge you. I’ve had genealogists who charge you to then tell you what you already know from your own novice search on Ancestry or some other site. With Tony, you know your money isn’t wasted.
Finally, he likes to present his work in a nice format, and if you so wish in a lovely named leather folder."

"Tony, I would like to thank you so much for the lovely presentation folder it's just brilliant!
Very informative and so interesting… I and Uncle Barry will go through it together and go to East Peckham churchyard to see if we can find any of the graves…At some stage, I'd like you to look at doing the same for my mum's mum's side and my dad's side… Many thanks once again."

"Hi Tony,
Thanks for the research and sending this summary over. It's interesting that there appears to be Irish roots on both sides of the family tree. Margaret living with William concurs with my research - I think I traced her back to Skibbereen, which is in County Cork.
Anyway, I am now researching the addresses and churches they were all baptised, married and died in - I can see a tour coming on in the not too distant future. I will also research John Finn from Westminster a bit more. Never come across him when doing my own research.
I can see how you find this job fascinating. Thank you again for your help."
